How to grow your tree

"Did you know that the air you breath comes from the trees that surround you".
By planting a tree you are helping to prevent global warming, improving air quality, conserving water, and harbouring wildlife. The leafs of the tree absorb air pollution such as carbone monoxide, and sulfur dioxide.
It takes the average tree 20 - 30 years to reach full maturity, and trees can live as long as 200 - 300 years.

So plant your tree today so that your kids will benefit in the future. The larger the tree, the greater the cooling.





The White Pine tree "is a long, very soft needles and a quick growing specimen that prefers well-drained soils. Provides food and shelter for small birds/squirrels. Mature trees can grow to be 200 years old!"

Culture : Sow in 6mm (1/4") deep, directly outdoors late fall or cold stratify the seed (mix seed with sterile, moisten soil, cover with lid or wrap in a plastic bag and freeze solid for two months. Remove lid/ plastic and place under lights for germination to occur in approx. 30 days.
